Come join us for Biscuits and Gravy on Saturday, September 19th, 2009 from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon for the 7th annual Erie Biscuit Day. We will be holding the festivities in Historic Downtown Erie, CO on Briggs Street.
The day will feature Biscuits and Gravy, Homemade Stew, Live music, cake walk, raffle drawing, craft booths, historic photos and more.
The Spirit of Flight Center offers a truly unique environment that combines vintage and corporate aviation while promoting the love of flight.
Hundreds of rare aviation items and artifacts are on display in the Spirit of Flight Hall of Honor representing the past, present and future of flight.
The world class facility was designed for anyone who is interested in being around aircraft and the airport and those who enjoy the inspirational spirit of aviation. Aircraft and flight memorabilia are displayed to honor all veterans and to educate the general public on the significance of aviation and aviation history.

Wise Homestead Museum
The Wise Homestead dates back to 1869, when Oliver Wise, his wife Adaline (Ada), and their three children came across the plains from Wisconsin to settle in Colorado. Oliver built a small log cabin and began to farm the land. In 1870, he was granted a U.S. Homestead Patent on the property, and began building a permanent farmhouse.

Erie United Methodist Church
Erie United Methodist Church in Erie, CO is hosting the 2009 Erie Community Garage Sale on Saturday, June 20, 2009 from 8:00am to 12:00 noon at there Erie United Methodist Church.
The garage sale proceeds will be donated to both the Erie Historical Society and the O.U.R. Center in Longmont.
To donate quality garage sale items, please bring them by the church’s Fellowship Hall at any of the following times:
